After riding her Sherco all week in the highlands braving the liquid sunshine (also known as the rain, hail, sleet, and snow of Torrential Tuesday), then the real sun appeared for Saturday as Emma Bristow finished the 2015 Scottish in 45th on 168 mks lost.
Early leader James Fry ended up with 49 mks for 6th.
No denying winner Dougie Lampkin his 9th Scottish victory, surpassing the record of Mick Andrews, and Sammy Miller who have 5 wins apiece.
Canadians Jon English and Brian Wojnarowski survived the unfamiliar no-stop rules to finish in 160th, and 199th in this years gruelling event.
